Sibling 1 is the reason this blog exists.  After years and years of dealing with all the craziness the Red Elephant family, she decided she needed an outlet.  This is that outlet!  As sibling 1, she has dealt with more crazy moments than anyone else; and as the “responsible” one, she is the one people go to for help.

It’s enough to make most people move to a tropical island and make a living off of naive tourists.  I know she’s considered it.  For real.

Thus this blog.

But who is Sibling 1?

Sibling 1 is a post-college, pre-menopausal woman running an organic pencil making company with her husband. (Okay, obviously this isn’t her “true” occupation, but it is similar in nature, pay, obscurity, hours, clientele, and many other things.  I can just imagine you trying to figure out what other occupation it might be.  Good luck! hehehe)

Sibling 1’s creative and achievement-oriented personality will not allow her to have only one job, so she has also started her own thematic catering business.  She bakes all varieties of cupcakes, specializing in themed cupcakes for birthday parties and corporate events (You would be suprised how many businesses ask to have color-specific cupcakes with their business logo on them. It’s sad.)  Her family is often required to help in the catering work, particularly when it comes to sampling some of her new creations.

Now for the big question…which superstar is her alter-ego?  Drumroll please…

Sibling 1 is the perfect mixture of responsibility, fun, intellect, and strange quirkiness to be the embodiement of this actress.  Sibling 1 also has the same good looks and and sense of style in common with this actress.  To better understand Sibling 1, watch any movie featuring Reese.  It will help, we promise!
