So I tried really hard to put the character map right on this page, that way when you clicked over here it would just pop up and be awesome.  But it kept turning out grainy and awkward, and I couldn’t figure out a way to fix it.  So unless my co-author figures out a way to do it, you’re stuck clicking one more time.  Deal with it.
